Hey I'm Jamie or Jay-Po as I sometimes get called by both of my mummies.

As you can see I am very handsome and all of my mummies friends agree.

I love to eat, and sleep, then eat a bit more but when I have my feed, I don't like my friends coming near me. It's MY feed hehe :D

Mummy varies my work. Some times we go to the beach which is fun. I get really excited when I know we are going there and trot most of the way there then don't like stopping when we get there. Sometimes when I get to bit too over excited and I have been known to buck and rear but only because I am excited. I would never hurt either of my mummies.

When they come to get me from the field, I don't like going to the gate because I will sink in the mud waiting for them, so I make them come to me so they have sink in the mud instead. It's very funny watching them find the shallowest way to get to me. I just stand there and watch them, then splatter them with mud when we walk back through it.

When I get back to the yard, I get my legs hosed to get the mud off so I don't get Mud Rash. Its FREEZING so no wonder I don't stay still. Mummy just laughs at me and tells me that I'm silly. You wouldn't stand still either if you had freezing cold water being sprayed onto your legs.

When my mummy (either of them) take me into the school, depending on what mood I am in , I will go in an outline or I will just prat about. In my opinion, I look very handsome when I'm in an outline. What do you think?

I have mixed opinions about jumping though. It's not my favourite thing in the world but I will put up with it sometimes and go over them really nicely like this:

But other times I can't be bothered and just stop.

When we go on a hack, mummy takes me for a gallop up and down the common. Its soooo much fun, but my brakes sometimes fail as I'm having so much fun :D

a

For my mummies birthday, we went for a hack to the beach and we had to get dressed up. Mummy decided that we were going to be pirates. This was my fancy dress

I thought it looked really funky.

That was a fun day but I was shattered when I got home.

Mummy put me out in the paddock and gave me my feed when I had cooled down and the chickens and the ducks always take and chance and come in with me just in case I am feeling kind enough to give them some of my dinner. That also depends what mood I am in. Even if I do give them a little bit, it really is only a little bit. Hehe.

Mummy says that I have lovely paces when I want to but other times I am just lazy and shuffle round the school. Mummy tells me off though if I do that and says its rude. :(

I am generally quite a clean horse as I don't really tend to roll all that much in the field. If I do have mud splatters on me, it's from running round in the mud with me friends or play fighting with them and they aren't hard to get off.

I don't fight a lot but when I do, I tend to build up all my anger then unleash it onto one or two unfortunate souls. Normally the ones that wind me up. Serves them right. Hehe.

There are some very small four legged things on the yard that I think I have heard being referred to as dogs but I'm not too sure. I don't mind having them around. They chase after each other and play fight which is quite funny to watch. I also marvel at them as I didn't know it was possible to have something so small!

I love being fussed most of the time but sometimes I just want to be left alone and mummy knows when I'm in not in the mood but 99.9% of the time I love being given attention and you can do almost anything to me so long as I have a big juicy hay net to keep me happy :D

My mummy helps her friends with their horses as well, but I don't get jealous as I know that she loves me more than all of them put together so I stand in my stable patiently and call to her whenever she walks past :D

One of my favourite things to do it have my molasses lick then smear it all over everyone and watch their reactions. Mummy just laughs though and says "Oh Jay-Po!"Her and her friends laugh at me when I have had my lick as my moustache turns orange. I think it's funny too until I can't get it white again then I start to get annoyed. Hehe.

Other times I come in from the field with a muddy moustache and mummy has to clean it with the hose, which I end up drinking from at the same time. Haha

When I get back from a hack or after I have finished being worked in the school, I get put out in the paddock and I love nothing more than having a good roll

After a fun packed day of eating and sleeping, being ridden then more eating and sleeping, mummy always comes puts my nice snuggly warm rug on and gives a HUGE goodnight hug and kiss, gives me a carrot and says goodnight.

Im tired so I'm going to sleep,
Night Night

Hey guys, I'm Magic
When I look over my stable door I can see the yard and what everyone is doing. It's very entertaining. When my mum comes down with her fellow humans, she a very small fluffy thing with her. I have no idea what it is but it yaps and yaps and yaps and does my head in. I also don't like it as it gets more attention than me and I get very jealous.
My rountine in the morning is...well...I don't really have a set routine. Mum comes down in the morning and gives me some fuss. Then changes my rug and either ties me up at the front of the yard so I can be megs nosey again or puts me out in the field with me friends. In the summer I am out in the field practically all the time and am only brought in to be ridden. Everyone has loads of energy in winter as we can't go and gallop around the field. Watching the boys playing in the paddock next to ours is funny. They like to run around and try and impress us with their muscles and their bolshy behaviour. Us girls normally just stand there thinking what complete and utter idiots they are but we don't say anything as it is really funny to watch.
When mum rides me I go really wel for her but for other people I sometimes do this realy slow shuffely trot but as soon as I see mum I go faster and pick up my feet more as she says it's veru rude. I am very good in the school but I don't noises that I can't see. I don't spook or anything i just wont go into that corner that is nearest to it.
My mums niece is learning to ride on me at the moment. I just walk and trot around whilst being led by my loaner. At the end of the lesson I get walked round to cool off then I get loads of fuss of everyone. I love it!
I will let anyone fuss over me. I am really good with small children as well. I am happy for them to groom me while i just stand there with my haynet. Its very relaxing :)
My mum and her friends can't remember the last time they saw me with my ear back (meaning I'm not happy or I'm angry) as I am a very chilled out pony who is only too willing to please :D
Right my loaner is here to put me out in the paddock.

Age-Not telling

Hi, I'm Digby and I'm all of 40" tall.

I'm a little guy with a big heart.

As I am too small to be ridden by my mum, I was taught to pull a cart. I love it.

When me and my mum go out driving, we always get people looking at us and saying "Aw isn't he sweet?" and I think, yes...I am :)

I love being out with my friends and could literally eat all day quite happily :) At the moment I have my winter coat so I am really fluffy and look like a not-so-giant-teddy bear.

The first time I was taken out in my brand new chariot, we went past a field filled with horses. My mum asked me to trot, so I did and I heard a rumble behind me. I looked over to my right and saw all of the horses galloping over to see me. I sped up to get away from them as because I couldn't see them properly because of my blinkers, the noise getting closer and closer scared me.

Mum said I was a "Silly Boy" so I laughed it off and carried on trotting up the road to go home.

On the days that mum doesn't take me for a drive, I either get a day off or I get lunged ( I think that's what it's called.) It's difficult to trot and canter in the school with legs as short as mine though. I do try very hard but I get tired very easily for mum.

My stable is huge! Half of it is for me to live in and the other half has got my grooming box and my chariot and harness in. It's all very snuggly :)

I get put out in the field with the big boys. I don't get picked on though. I may be small but I can stick up for myself hehe.

Mum can't get many pictures of me as I don't stand still long enough for her to take any otherwise I would put some more up.

Here is the last one of me that isn't blurred in some way

Cute aren't I?
Mum is here to put me to bed.
Goodbye

Hi

I'm Chancer or Mr.Chubbs as my mummy calls me.

She also calls me Tubby :( I'm not tubby, it's all fluff ;) hehe

I love getting cuddles off my mummy and her friends.

In the morning, she lets me out of my stable to roam free on the yard while she mucks out my stable. When it's time to come back in, she taps a feed bucket on the floor. As soon as I hear it, I'm there. If food is involved there is no argument from me :D

The best thing about having white patches on you is the fact that you can roll as much as you want to make you all one colour (black) and seeing mummies face is hilarious. I normally come in looking something like this

At Easter, we had an Easter Egg hunt in the field. It was soooo much fun. I got soooo excited until I saw what I had to wear

When my mummies friends take me out to the field, I love to kick mud at their backs. Most of the time they laugh but sometimes they get in a mood with me. I don't do it to my mummy though. I love her too much :D

A few months ago mummy went away for 10 days (too long) and left me with her friend. I missed her so much. My payback for her leaving me, was when she got back I ignored her for 10 days. Just so she could see how she liked it. HA!

I love jumping! As soon as mummy points me towards me to one, I canter up to it and soar over it. A bit like this

Oh yay, there's my mummy calling me in for my dinner.
Night Night

Hey guys,

I'm Danny or Daniel when I'm naughty.

In the winter we are not allowed to go out in the field, something to do with letting the grass grow. Poppy tosh in my opinion. I just want to go and have a good run around. My stable is right at the end of the barn so as soon as I wake up in the morning I see the field. It calls to me and it drives me insane.

My friends and I do get put out into the paddock for a few hours a day whilst our mums clean our beds and give us more hay and water. This is nice but its not the same. Boy I cant wait for turn out day. We are all going to go mad! Having the freedom of the whole field is bliss. A few of my friends don't let their mums catch them for a few days afterwards. Its a right laugh seeing their faces when they can't catch them.

Anyway...back to me :)

A few weeks ago I decided I didn't want my rug on in the paddock so I have a brilliant way of slipping out of rug without tearing it or undoing any of the straps but SSHHHH...it's our little secret ;)

As soon as I took my rug off, I decided I didn't want to be bay anymore...I wanted to be black.. Bring on the rolling hehe :D

Again mum wasn't happy and spent 2 hours waiting for the mud to dry and then another hour trying to get it all off hehe ;)

Then it came to the time of the day where mum rides me. She didn't put the tack on me today though. She put my head collar on and took the long whip thing and took me to the paddock that I had just been brought out of. Then she did the strangest of things...she just let me go and chases me away. I ran away wondering what the hell she was doing. Turns out its a way of exercising me called something like Free Schooling.

To show you what I'm on about

Its loads of fun :D

You get to run around and be a loon :)
After I have been exercised, my legs are washed off at the hose and I am taken back to my nice warm stable and have my tack taken off.
I normally have a good shake then use my mum as a scratch post which she puts up with for about 2 minutes then she complains that it hurts and walks away! CHEEK!
After I have cooled down and mum has checked that I'm not sweating, I get my feed (She only checks that I'm not sweating because there is a chance that I will get colic if she feeds whilst I am sweating.)
After my dinner (Yum!) I give my mum a HUGE kiss and cover her in feed. Lovely :)
She just laughs at me and tries to wipe it off :)
One thing I don't like is seeing my friends out in the paddock and I'm in my stable so I can't join them. I normally run round my stable calling to them. It never works. I normally just get told to calm down and I am ignored until I do so. Oh well, it's worth a try.
Right I'm being taken out to the paddock now. Time to get nice a muddy.
Bye
Danny
